Meet Cyndi Specht
I am a certified career coach who helps professional women confidently transition from the workforce to becoming stay-at-home mothers.
I spent more than 20 years as an engineer and technical program manager leading complex, multimillion-dollar programs before making this transition myself. Stepping away from the workforce taught me that becoming a stay-at-home mom is not simply leaving a career. It is transitioning into a new one.
I combine my leadership experience, coaching expertise, and personal perspective to help women make this transition intentionally.
